Debbie Aharonov is a Stained Glass Artist, working and living in the magical town of Mazkeret Batya, near the center of Israel since 1997. Debbie’s favorite part about working with glass is seeing a project come together in a colorful, warm creation. The vibrant colors of the glass, and it’s transparency bring light into your home and your life.
Debbie creates small items to decorate the home, to spoil and pamper you, such as chamsot, candle sticks, many kinds of boxes for jewelry, tissues and tea, feng-shui items and also large windows for houses and panels for doors and cupboards.
The true nature and wonderful qualities of glass is expressed in the materials used in Debbie’s work. She uses a wide variety of colored glass and works mostly in the classic Tiffany style. Debbie also uses glass fusing, melting glass at very high temperatures, for designing and creating jewelry.
